White Chocolate Raspberry Biscottis

Ingredients

1⁄2Cupunsalted butter (softened)
1 1⁄2Cupwhite sugar
1⁄2CupBrown Sugar
2UnknownEggs
1⁄2Cupwhite chocolate chopped or white chocolate chips
2 3⁄4CupAll Purpose Flour
1Teaspoonsalt
1⁄4Cuporange juice
1Teaspoonlemon juice
1⁄2Cupfrozen raspberries
1⁄2Cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Blend in eggs Add combined flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
Add orange,lemon juice and vanilla extract; beat until well blended.
Stir in white chocolate,cranberries, and chocolate chips. (Dough will be sticky.)
Cut dough in half; shape each half into 9x2-inch log on separate greased and lightly floured baking sheet.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes.
Cut each log into 12 (3/4-inch-wide) slices.
Place, cut sides down, on baking sheets. Let Cool.

*Decorate with white chocolate or dip in white chocolate.
*Makes a great snack with coffee or milk
