Description

This is a good recipe to replace the peanuts or nuts and are also healthier for you.  You can even use these within other recipes where peanuts or nuts are needed.

Ingredients

1⁄2CupBrown Sugar
1⁄2CupButter
3Tablespoonhoney
1Cupoats

Instructions

  1. Melt sugar, margarine and honey together.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add oats and stirring till everything is coated in the syrup.
  5. Add more oats if necessary.
  6. Maybe another 1/2 a cup if you need to.
  7. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
  8. Leave to cool.
  9. Roughly crush into clusters.
