My peanut free truffles up for auction!
A friend of mind spoke around to some of her collegues about my chocolate covered truffles.
I was really happy in the first place that they of course asked me to make them. The whole reason I haven’t written any posts lately.
I seemed to have mastered the truffle making and have used peanut free products such as peanut free Kit Kat and Oreo cookies as some of my ingredients, but not so much on the decorating and displaying of my truffles. The first time is always the hardest and wasn’t sure what or how to make the chocolate displayed nicely and of course look as good as they taste.
Finally, a friend of mine, along with my sister, did a great job in getting the idea and display down. Below is a picture of my truffle vase!
There about 80 of my assorted truffles mixed in this and there is a glass vase on the inside holding more chocolate. I know the pictures are the best representation and in person it looks like it’s worth $100.00 at least!. The reason that I chose the below colors is due to the fact that I have donated the below chocolates and display for a church auction for the Armenian culture. I used their color themes within my display. How about that for starters. Stay tuned for the final auction bid and also the actual reviews on my truffles!
I also came up with a more classy name and look for the contact card. You can see it below:
