I’ve been trying to come up with a name for my new truffle as I don’t like the long name No-Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and Cream Cheese Truffle, it’s just way too long! I’ve been asking around and I think the texture of this truffle is sort of like a brownie on the inside. Then again, kind of difficult to know since brownies have nuts most of the time and I’m not really sure myself what a brownie should taste like.  Any ideas? I know also difficult if you don’t try them.

I figured maybe a photo of the inside might help you.  Sometimes seeing the center of a truffle can make you decide on whether or not you would like to make it or not.
