Delicious Nut Free, Dairy Free and Egg Free Chocolate Cake Recipe

This chocolate cake is so moist that you won't realize that there was no use of milk or eggs!

Ingredients

4 1⁄2Cupsifted all purpose flour
2Cupwhite granulated sugar
1Cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1Cupvegetable oil
1Droplemon juice
3CupCold Water
3Teaspoonbaking soda
1⁄2Teaspoonsalt
3Tablespoonvanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), grease and flour pan.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt.
Add sugar and mix together.
Beat and add oil, water and vanilla and lemon juice mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
