Preheat oven at 375°F (190°C) oven. Grease or line rimless baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.In bowl, mix tablespoonfuls chocolate chips into dough. Arrange, about 2 inches (5 cm) apart, on prepared pans. Bake in top and bottom thirds of rotating and switching pans halfway through, for about 12 minutes or until golden on bottom. Let cool in pans on rack for 5 minutes. Place sugar in bowl; roll each cookie in sugar to coat. Let cool completely on rack.
