A recent study in the US showed that there has been a breakthrough in finding a way to cure or to help eliminate peanut allergies.
Why not use Kellog’s Cornflakes as a recipe replacement for peanuts and nuts!

A family memeber makes peanut butter truffles for the holidays. Everyone is always bragging on how good they taste.
So I thought how about I take the intitative to replicate a little of what she made in my own peanut free world. I didn’t want to use the toasted oats this time. I researched for a while as to what ingredient I should use to replace the nuts. L
ow and behold the answer was right in front of me.

A friend of mind spoke around to some of her collegues about my chocolate covered truffles.

I was looking around for some other information and I came across the below information according to www.kraft.com regarding their peanut free products.
According to Kraft no peanut or tree nut ingredients are used in their facility. I remember mentioning in an earliar post regarding Oreo cookies that coconut may be in considered a nut in the United States.
